Office Full of Waste is Done. And Now Onward.
Jille Koop - Rijksvastgoedbedrijf
The Central Government Real Estate Agency (Rijksvastgoedbedrijf), in collaboration with contractor Vink Bouw, has completed the "Office Full of Waste" project. This renovation focused on the reuse of materials. All disciplines were involved and given the opportunity to further develop themselves. The key lessons learned have been documented, and we intend to actively share them.
Jille Koop is an expert in circular, nature-inclusive, and climate-adaptive procurement of real estate interventions at the Central Government Real Estate Agency. He worked as a technical manager on the roadmap for making government real estate more sustainable and on the innovative project "Office Full of Waste" (KaVA).
This lecture is offered by BNI as an extension of the magazine NOOK, with the theme "Hard Reboot." Although professionals are heavily focused on sustainability, success depends on clients who share the same vision. The government’s sustainability program and the leading role of the Central Government Real Estate Agency were discussed in NOOK. In this lecture, the lessons learned that need to be shared will come to life, and superskin will also be addressed.
